Course Survey Issues
We are experiencing intermittent issues where users taking the required course survey at the end of PA CLE courses are answering a question but are not able to move on to the next question. If you are experiencing this issue, instead of completing the survey, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, the course name, and your PA Attorney ID number and we will manually issue you a course completion certificate within 1-2 business days of your request. You will not need to do anything else online to complete the course. Your completion date will be recorded as the date you watched the last video (which we can look up in our system). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we are attempting to resolve this issue.
Frequently Asked Questions
If you are unable to complete a course due to technical issues or are dissatisfied with a course for any reason, we will be happy to refund the entire cost of your course. Please note, however, that we cannot provide refunds on any course for which CLE credits have already been reported, and will not report credits for any course where a refund was issued. To request a refund, please send an email with your name, the course name, and the purchase date to email@example.com. We will process your refund request through our payment processor, Stripe, within 1-2 business days, and the refund should appear on your account within 10 business days of being processed.
If you are having technical issues with our site or with completing a course, you can contact us using any of the methods below. We will do our best to help you resolve any technical issues, with the understanding that we do not have the ability to provide general IT support beyond assisting with navigating the course player. If we are unable to resolve your issue, we are happy to issue a full refund for the cost of your course. We also offer a "How-To" video at the beginning of each course that can answer many questions about navigating a course which you can watch below.
Technical Issues: Day of Compliance Deadline
If you are having technical issues on the day of a compliance deadline, please notify us immediately using one of the methods below. If you notify us of a technical issue prior to the deadline, we will work with you on the next business day to resolve the issue and may adjust the completion date for reporting back to the date of the technical issue when appropriate.
Logging in and Viewing Previously Purchased Courses
Your course purchase includes access to course materials for 90 days. You can log back in to your account and view your current courses at any time at https://courses.axomeducation.com/users/sign_in
Axom Education is a small, locally owned company with one employee who also has a part time law practice. We do our best to respond to inquiries as quickly as possible, typically within one business day.
