Frequently Asked Questions
If you are unable to complete a course due to technical issues or are dissatisfied with a course for any reason, we will be happy to refund the entire cost of your course. Please note, however, that we cannot provide refunds on any course for which CLE credits have already been reported, and will not report credits for any course where a refund was issued. To request a refund, please send an email with your name, the course name, and the purchase date to email@example.com. We will process your refund request through our payment processor, Stripe, within 1-2 business days, and the refund should appear on your account within 10 business days of being processed.
Logging in and Viewing Previously Purchased Courses
Your course purchase includes access to course materials for 90 days or until January 10th, 2023, whichever is earlier. You can log back in to your account and view your current courses at any time at https://courses.axomeducation.com/users/sign_in
Axom Education is a small, locally owned company with one employee who also has a part time law practice. We do our best to respond to inquiries as quickly as possible, typically within one business day.
